My Explorations
Growing up in North Queensland, nestled beside the Great Barrier Reef and the Whitsunday Islands, nature was more than a backdrop — it was a way of life. My family spent countless days at the beach or camping under the stars, and one of my favorite childhood escapes was Fraser Island, where the raw beauty of the outdoors first captured my heart.
At school, my passion for science, geography, and biology deepened this curiosity that soon extended beyond textbooks to real-worldexploration. These interests set me on a course toward technology and innovation, where I could combine my love of discovery with creative problem-solving.
That spark for “off the beaten path” was ignited on a high school trip to Papua New Guinea, setting me on a path of challenge and discovery that has shaped my life. Since then, I’ve embraced exploration as a guiding force, journeying through over 60 countries and covering more than 35,000 kilometers by bicycle, foot, and sea. I’m most proud of my cycling expeditions through Northeast Africa’s rugged landscapes, traced the wind swept coastline of West Africa, and followed ancient routes like the Silk Road and Orient Express trail across Eastern Europe.
For me, adventures aren’t about distance alone — it’s about the richness of experience. These journeys shape more than my worldview — they inform my leadership. For me, experiencing cultures and economies up close, is not just a passion; it’s a lens through which I connect, lead, and create impact on a global scale.

My Career
My journey through the world of technology and innovation has been driven by a deep conviction: that how and where we use technology matters profoundly for our future.
From the earliest days of my career, working in an R&D lab developing point-of-care testing technologies to detect disease in the developing world, I witnessed first hand the transformative power of innovation.
The next logical step in my journey was to take on a broader role, supporting companies’ innovation trajectories. This led me to tech incubation and venture capital, where I helped start-ups and growth companies bring bold ideas to life and connect them with the resources to succeed.
Today, I am fortunate to serve at one of the world’s leading business consulting firms as a transformation executive. I help companies navigate through today’s rapidly evolving and complex business and technology landscape. I guide projects that deliver meaningful impact and take pride in harnessing the full strength of my organization’s capabilities to drive results—having contributed to initiatives that have generated over $50 billion in value across 30 clients and five continents.
Beyond my work with companies, I’m deeply involved in advancing innovation on a global stage. I’ve served as an executive sponsor for initiatives with the World Economic Forum and MIT’s Environmental Solutions Initiative, platforms that fuel collaboration between thought leaders and innovators.
What ties all these experiences together is a shared belief: technology is a powerful tool, but it demands intention. By thoughtfully choosing where to invest in innovation, we create solutions that not only advance business but protect our planet and uplift communities worldwide.
